About the event

Pause. Reflect. Recalibrate.

If you are navigating life challenges, stress, grief, or isolation—or simply feeling stuck—step away from the noise and gather with us under the shade of the trees. This three-hour gathering offers a warm, safe, and calming environment to pause, breathe, process your heart, and find a fresh wind of inspiration.

Rooted in Elisha's Ground. Pray. Learn. Create. Connect. framework, this gathering blends gentle nervous system grounding, scripture-guided prayer, insightful wellness teaching, and expressive writing to help you break the ice toward your goals, reconnect with your voice, and rediscover the God-given potential already within you.

Come as you are—no writing experience required. Sharing is always optional, and participation is entirely at your own pace.
